Tymon was part of a fab line-up to launch a new film about Joe Strummer losing his car in Granada one summer years ago. It was a good storyline for a film and the gig afterwards was a real treat with short sets from MC5’s Wayne Kramer, Tymon Dogg, Antonio Arias from Lagartika Nick and The Dacoits, Seggs from the Ruts and more. Alabama 3’s Larry Love and Aurora turned up just in time to give the afterparty a bit of glitz and glamour (sadly they missed their slot at the actual gig!)
Tymon got some nice reviews:
“Strummer’s fellow 101-er Tymon Dogg reaffirms his reputation as the king of gypsy punk”

“Tymon Dogg … gave a true troubadour’s performance with vocals and violin on ‘Lose This Skin’ and ‘X Ray Style’, accompanied by Antonio Arias from 091 on guitar”.
